**Luminous Apartment lives up to its name—bright, airy, and filled with that easy coastal glow.** With the beach just steps away, it’s the perfect place to slip into holiday mode the moment you arrive. What truly sets us apart is our setting: we’re a short‑term rental in a family‑owned, family‑occupied building. No crowds, no noise, no tourist traffic—just a peaceful, safe, genuinely happy home atmosphere. We love creating a warm, relaxed experience where you can settle in, breathe out, and enjoy the simple joy of seaside living.
We’re just **15 metres from a Blue‑Flag beach** supervised by lifeguards throughout the summer. Our neighbourhood is **quiet, safe, and wonderfully convenient**, with traditional taverns, cosy cafés, and mini‑markets only a 2‑minute walk away. Larger supermarkets and banks are a quick 5‑minute drive, while healthcare and emergency services are within 10 minutes. The nearest hospital is about 20 minutes away. The city of **Thessaloniki is easily accessible**—around 35 minutes by car or about 1 hour by bus.
