Villa Pactia is set on 2 floors: the ground floor features a dining/living area, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The upper floor is an independent suite with a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining corner, and private veranda. The villa is part of a small complex which consists of 2 luxurious independent villas and it's complimented by a biological pool of 6x12 metres, which is accessible only to its tenants and their guests. Villa Pactia was created with passion and love by the Parian-German couple Anna Vioni and Frank Niemeyer with the assistance of local architect Michael Fifas. The construction materials as well as the specialized construction teams, which did their best to create an aesthetically perfect result, came from the island to support the local economy.
The villa is located on the eastern side of Paros, on a hill at Vardies/Isterni, just 3 km from the centre of the traditional and famous fishing village of Naousa, and about 2km from the beach of Isterni. It offers panoramic 180-degree views of the sea and the neighboring islands of Mykonos, Naxos and Iraklia, inviting the visitor to relax and enjoy. Shopping facilities are conveniently located within 1-2 km distance.
