Welcome to Selestine Villa, a contemporary masterpiece nestled just 400 meters from the sandy shores of Panormos village of Rethymno. Set on a private 1-acre estate, this 3-story architectural gem of 500m² combines sleek design with high-end comfort, featuring 2 private pools, a private elevator, and breathtaking sea views. The villa boasts 6 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 13 guests (14 upon request). An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool heating is not included in the price it will be turned-on on request with and extra charge of 60euro per day, the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
