This apartment features a unique 100 m2 front veranda with gorgeous sunsets and sea-view overlooking Vouliagmeni's greenery. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Ideal for families or a group of friends. The penthouse showcases three double bedrooms with balconies and built-in wardrobes. Sheets and fluffy towels are awaiting guests for a comfortable stay. There is a crib & high-chair for young visitors. There's one newly renovated bathroom with two sinks, toilet and walking shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with not only the most essential utensils but several sets of silverware, pots, fryers, kettle, microwave and the commonly used spices, coffee & tea essentials. The spacious living room features a dining area, Netflix TV, a brand new huge sofa, a stylish bio-ethanol fireplace, marble flooring with carpets. The atmosphere shows a contemporary design enriched with traditional elements. Explore the sights and local attractions of Vouliagmeni - there is so much to see and do here. We prepared a local guide for our guests, so they can explore the best places around. Parking: There is free public parking on Panagouli street, just on the corner of Kleopatras street, few meters from the entrance gate. The list price is for 6 people, the penthouse is suitable for a maximum of 8 people (2 people on the couch or foldable beds.) In both cases extra set of sheets and pillow cases must be used which are charged 50 euro/person/night payable at check-in. In case of scheduled “same day check out & check in”, we might ask you to check out at 10:00 or check in at 16:00 Full cleaning, towels and sheets change every week. The penthouse is located in a quiet, green area looking over greenery towards the sea. The nearest beach is the well-known Vouliagmeni Bay, but Yabanaki in Varkiza is also just a few mins drive and there are several beach bars with good vibes there. Kavouri and Zen beach are also very popular, smaller but both very attractive. There's a mini market a couple mins walk away (Meline's corner market) and several restaurants, cafes, bars 2 mins drive away. It is not difficult to walk down to the main square of Vouliagmeni (about 10 mins) but there's an uphill the way back to calculate with. There are 3 playgrounds nearby, one next to a supermarket (Market-In) and cafe (Parco) where they serve home made dishes for lunch and coffee in the morning hours (right next to the playground) The lake of Vouliagmeni is just a couple mins drive away, a sure spot worth visiting. There is an outdoor cinema operating in summer (Akti) in Vouliagmeni that is also very close. Going to the center is best if you go to Elliniko (5-10mins drive or by bus) and hop on the metro that goes straight to the Acropolis/parliament/surrounding central shopping areas. If you want to stay on the beach side of the city and don't have a car, you can go to Voula by bus or taxi and get on the tram that goes all the way to Piraeus port (or to center, depending on which line you take), all by the sea.
