Welcome to "APHRODITE Studio" located in a privileged position, just 5 minutes walk from beautiful FLOISVOS MARINA. Floisvos Marina, located at the heart of Athenian Riviera, has been a popular destination for its coastal promenade ideal for leisurely walks. From here you have easy access to the ACROPOLIS, the center of Athens (6 km) and the port of Piraeus by public transport. Near the property you will find a bakery, two supermarkets, ATMs, Starbucks, and many cafés & restaurants. The studio is located on the GROUND floor of a building with an PRIVATE entrance and a small private courtyard. The property is accessible from the airport by bus X96 (stop Floisvos). Features: Queen bed, free wi-fi, Netflix, complimentary tea & coffee. Very close to Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, Museum battleship Averof, Edem beach.
