The villa is located in a quiet olive grove in the area of Kechria, alongside the road leading to the ancient Castle of Skiathos (Kastro). It lies on a small hilltop boasting magnificent and unobstructed views overlooking Pelion and several beaches of Skiathos, namely Mandraki, Ligaries and Aselinos. The orientation is such (SW) that the house overlooks the most beautiful and breathtaking sunset on the island. This luxurious stone built 3 bedroom villa is ideal for families, couples and small groups of friends who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and have long walks in the peaceful countryside in Kastro area. It is built with stone high quality wooden windows and wooden visible white roof. It is surrounded by olive trees and has extensive landscaped surroundings. The Villa has a 8 x 3,5m swimming pool. The villa is also very convenient and easy to live in because all the indoors space is in one level.
