Villa Levanda as Louisa is fully equipped and sleep 7 persons . It offers beautiful views towards the sea and the village and plenty of outdoor space for relaxation. The colorful gardens surrounding the private swimming pool. The outside dining area provides the perfect setting for dinners or BBQ,s ,there is a built oven and a built bbq. The terrace and the bedroom balconies are an ideal location to drink a nice glass of wine and watch the sun set over the Cretan Sea. This villa with its location and facilities is the perfect base to sample Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family holiday. With three bedrooms, a private swimming pool, air-conditioning throughout, satellite TV, outside BBQ, and much more. These villas are newly built in 2015 year and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also relax in the sun loungers that surround the private swimming pool or enjoy a glass of cold orange juice in the al fresco lounge and dining terrace. It is set in a really peaceful scenery with excellent sea and sunset views

At your arrival day, it is always the owners of the property of your choice, that will welcome and greet you, but I will also be available for communication, any questions that may occur and anything else you may need! We will take care of all the details of your holiday, responsible for your day to day needs, seven days a week – making recommendations and reservations, organising anything you may require and always be at the end of the line, in case of any problems. Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to make sure that your hosts will be waiting for you in the property and welcome you to your holiday home or even arrange a meeting point for them to pick you up, if needed! We will also arrange any other details.
Villa Levanda and villa Louisa is located in Panormo village, a beautiful seaside village with a lovely view overlooking the Cretan Sea. The villas are brand new luxury (built in 2015) stylish villa , located in the picturesque seaside village of Panormo, not more than 50m from the beach and is completely independend The villas are ideally located so you can walk 50m in to the local village to sample the excellent food from family run tavernas often less expensive than in the nearby larger resorts. You can sit in a taverna and look down on the picturesque harbour and sandy beach while having lunch. There is a bakery and several mini supermarkets in the village. It is the most central location of the island of Crete and from here you can visit the whole island. It is only 22 km from Rethymno and 56 km from Heraklion . Panormo has supermarkets, traditional tavernas, cafes, restaurants and some of the best sandy beaches in North coast of Crete, offering its visitors moments of rest and relaxation. With its Cretan hospitality and traditional character, Panormo ensures an unforgettable visit that features impressions of Crete that will remain in the minds of all of it
