A Mediterranean style villa with private swimming pool located on a secluded hill with a view of Evoia gulf and Evoia island. The location is just 40klm from Athens center and it is an ideal location for relaxation and family holidays!

The villa is located 2klm from Varnavas village which is 40 klm from Athens center. The area is in nature with a beautiful view of hills and the sea. In 10klm from the villa, you can visit varnavas beach. In vanavas village you can find a grocery store, three tavernas and a pharmacy. From the villa by car you can visit Athens center ( 45min), Marathon town ( 25min) , Schinias beach ( 25 min) , Delphi (1,5hours) or Evoia island ( 30min to the ferry station in oropos).
