Just your own private space, surrounded by pine trees, with open sea views and one of the best sunsets on the Kassandra peninsula. 🌅 🏠 The Space Three floors, designed for families: Ground floor — open-plan living & dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen 1st floor — 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 Lower floor — 2 additional beds, ideal for teenagers or grandparents Total capacity: up to 8 guests Two private shaded yards with sea views 🌿 — perfect for morning coffee, lazy lunches, or sunset drinks while the kids play outside. 🍳 Kitchen & Comforts Oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, full crockery. Washing machine, A/C (hot & cold), WiFi, TV, bed linen & towels included. There's also a toy corner with board games and books for the little ones 🎲 🏊 Pool — Important Notice The shared pools (adult + children's) are open only during Greek school holidays: 13 June – 10 September 2026. Outside these dates, the pools are closed — this is managed by the community committee and cannot be changed. Please check your travel dates carefully before booking. 🏖️ Beach & Complex Siviri beach is just 200 metres away — a lovely downhill walk through the pine trees (uphill on the way back, but worth it every time!). Car access to the beach is also available. Daily lifeguard on duty. The complex also has a children's playground, basketball & football court, and free parking right in front of the house. We've hosted dozens of families from across Greece and Europe — and nothing makes us happier than hearing that the kids had the best summer of their lives here. ☀️ We know family holidays come with a lot of moving parts. Early beach runs, nap schedules, picky eaters, forgotten sunscreen. That's why we've set up the house to make your life easier — a fully stocked kitchen, a toy corner, beach gear you're welcome to use, and parking right outside the door. 🎒 I'm always available to answer questions before and during your stay — restaurant recommendations, the best time to visit the lagoon, where to find a pharmacy on a Sunday.
