Boasting a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, this villa will win your hearts over. The serene atmosphere will make you feel at home and assure you will live a memorable holiday experience A fully furnished villa with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The second-floor consists of three large bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a balcony with an impressive view and a bathroom. All the villa is air-conditioned and Satellite TV and smart IPTV are also offered in the living room. The villa is surrounded by a large garden ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. The owner is living at the ground floor , with differend entrance of yours.

The property is located in Souleika, just outside the village of Agios Prokopios, 8,6 km away from Corfu town and 8,2 km to 13,7 km away from the most famous beaches of the island (Agios Gordios, Kontogialos, Glifada, Yaliskari, e.t.c.). The property is built in an elevated position, ensuring unobstructed, panoramic views. More specifically: Besides the green landscape, from the property you can see the famous Palace Of Austrian Empress Elisabeth, Achilleion and the piqturesque villages of Agioi Deka, Kinopiastes and Gastouri.
