Connected with a garden of 2000 m2 4 Balconies Private entrance Beds with the following dimensions 1st 206*173 cm and the 2nd 200*142 cm Television 50” 5 Restaurants 150 – 350 m Cafeteria 350 m Pizzeria 250 m Tavern 450 m Souvlaki 500 m Supermarket 350 m Small markets 250 m and 430 metros from the seaside 20 minutes from the National Airport of Athens Marathon Area Zoumberi Policy: Are not permitted parties or gatherings Regarding dogs 2000 m2 of land for dogs to run freely and specific dog and cat houses are available as well not allowed animals inside the house
It is a very peaceful property inside a land of 2000 m2 full of more than 150 different trees such as and not limited to olive, Apricot, Mandarin, lemons, etc.. we have a trampoline and a basket point Near there is summer traditional Cine, kindergarten, traditional fish and meat taverns, smaller markets, bakery, bars, patisserie, and many others within walking distance of 2-5 minutes. There are 3 important museums regarding the famous battle of Marathon, the area, and the tomb of the heroes. One museum is dedicated to the topic of the 42196 m running international event which takes place yearly near the property and the route of the above is passing 200 m from the mentioned property.
