Perfectly situated among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites, Margarites Villas consists of two separate villas: Villa Agapi and Villa Agios Georgios. Each villa features three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, or up to seven if needed. Margarites Villas offer a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural surroundings, with breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains. Together, the two villas create a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for truly relaxing and memorable holidays. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is situated in the peaceful area of Margarites village. The village of Margarites is south east from Rethymnon town in the centre of the island of Crete. Located in picturesque green rolling hills, the village is well known for its pottery and attracts many visitors in the busy season. The tradition of pottery goes back many generations in this village and you will be able to find an elder to show you how the pots are hand thrown. The village which has some extraordinary architecture and lovely narrow winding streets is well worth exploring. There are also some Venetian doorways, Byzantine churches and plenty of traditional taverns and cafés to relax in and perhaps to try a Greek coffee. Margarites village also has some essential shops such as mini markets, taverns and a bakery. The village of Perama which is around 4.5 km away, has bigger supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, butcher and a fishmonger. Additionally the villa is 14 km away from Skaleta’s sandy beach and 11 km from Panormo’s sandy beach! If you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Rethymno town is 23 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.
