Our summer house is the perfect accommodation for 2 couples, families or parties up to 5 guests. We offer 2 bedrooms both with bath en-suite and a fully equipped kitchenette with direct access to the terrace. A 5th bed can be prepared in the living room, if needed. Our terrace offers super high privacy especially on the ground level with the pool, a sitting area and dining space. Up the stairs you will find a sun bed and an outdoor couch to relax. Free parking is available close to the property. Other things to note • The house, the terrace & the pool will be all yours. • We would recommend a rental car. It is much more comfortable to explore the island. • The swimming pool needs to be maintained every 2 days in order to keep the water clean. Please note that our swimming pool technician will enter the terrace early in the morning to take care of that. • Be aware that the architecture of our terrace space (pool & stairs) could be dangerous especially for children. We advise adults supervision for children under 12. Please view photographs in order to decide if the space is suitable for your safety. • Due to weather conditions the terrace won't be fully equipped during off-season. This affects especially the upper terrace with the sunbed & the outdoor couch.

The Village Episkopi Gonia is a small, peaceful village at the foothills of the Prophet Elias mountain. The earthquake of 1956 demolished the village, sending the majority of residents to the sea, settling and starting anew while creating the village now known as Kamari. The once forgotten village also called Mesa Gonia is for those seeking to relax amongst the eroding buildings and cycladic traditions, hidden from the crowds. While being close to most significant tourist attractions, this quiet neighborhood boasts nostalgic cobblestone streets, old churches and crumbling houses next to restored ones. Episkopi Gonia is one of the last remaining secrets of the island. Getting around Walk out the door directly into the heart of a centuries old wine making region of Santorini. The village is surrounded by vineyards. Home to four wineries (Argyros Estate, VSV winery, Artemis Karamolegos and Canava Roussos), Episkopi Gonia is the perfect place to wander into the magical world of wine. Beer lovers can expand their hoppy palettes with some great ales and lagers at Santorini Brewing Company, which is located at the entrance of the village only a 3 minute walk from our property.
