Our tent is situated at the entrance to our plot, 30 metres from our house. It measures 28 square metres and can accommodate up to four people. It features an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor bathroom and a relaxation area. There is a parking space. It is situated in the countryside, 1 km from shops and 4 km from the town of Lefkada. Just 1 km away, you can also enjoy a lovely walk through the Alexandrou salt flats and a refreshing swim at their beach. There is one double bed (160) and two single beds, with the option to add an extra mattress. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and a gas hob. The bathroom consists of a composting toilet, a shower and an outdoor washbasin. There is a hammock and a small sofa under the olive trees for relaxing. For environmental reasons, we have chosen a composting toilet, as it has a lower environmental impact. It uses recyclable materials, such as soil and sawdust, instead of water. The waste is collected in a container which we empty daily.

Just 400 metres away, the village of Karyotes has a children’s playground, a restaurant, a bakery and two cafés. And as we’re in the countryside, you’ll have chickens, sheep and goats as neighbours!
