Property info

Our complex is newly built and consists of 3 independent apartments with an independent entrance each. It was completed and put into operation for the first time in August 2024. Each apartment has direct access to the pool area and very easy access from the parking area. These are luxurious apartments, accommodating 4 people each. All have a fully equipped kitchen, television and air conditioning in each room. The complex is just 100 meters from a wonderful beach.

Neighborhood info

The complex is located in beautiful Nikiana, in the northwestern part of the island, 8km from the town of Lefkada and 5km from the cosmopolitan Nidri. It is built in a neighborhood that offers many advantages. A spotless beach to freely enjoy your swim is just 100 meters from your balcony. At 400 meters there is a bakery and a super market, while at 450 meters there is an organized beach bar and a beautiful, picturesque tavern by the sea.
