Spacious maisonette by the sea with an excellent view of the Gulf of Corinth, ideal for moments of rest and relaxation.The residence is a maisonette which is 20 meters from the sea, located on the beach of Kiato which is among the largest and most beautiful beaches of the Peloponnese, with crystal clear waters and small pebbles. On the ground floor there is a large living room, an equipped kitchen with a large dining area and a bathroom with a bathtub. A terrace at the front facing the sea and a courtyard with flowers at the back. In the living room, a large sofa can sleep one more person. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with an incredible view of the Gulf of Corinth and one with two single beds that can be easily joined, also with a terrace. Both bedrooms as well as the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Also, the ceramic roof of the house creates more coolness in the summer months. Property amenities include Wi-Fi as well as televisions in the bedrooms and in the living room (living room TV 55 inches).

It is close to Kiato train station and 10 minutes walk from the main square. In the same block, at 50 meters there is a Super Market. At the same distance there is also a gas station and a pharmacy. In a very close distance there are seaside taverns and restaurants. Within a 5-minute walk you will find most of the summer bars, night life of the city. On the beach you can choose to sit either in organized places that offer sunbeds and food or drink or to sit in a free section.
