Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. There is an attractive front courtyard, with plenty of palms, yuccas, weeping figs and numerous colourful pot plants. Homemade buffet breakfast and light snacks are served at the property.

Mimoza is located in Old Harbour, Spetses. It is a family business with traditional decoration and design. The guesthouse is the right choise for visitors who are searching for warm hospitality and peace. At Mimoza, you can enjoy homemade breakfast buffet as well as beverages, drinks and snacks from our snack bar. Room amenities include Icd TV, air conditioning, mini bar, marble bathroom, hair dryer, natural skin care products and wifi free of charge.

Close to the guesthouse there is a municipal parking area (free of charge). Around 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is a supermarket, local bakery, playground ,gass station as well as motorbike/bike rentals. The old harbour which offers a variety of restaurants and night clubs is also at a distance of 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Additionally, The Dapia (new harbour) and the Ayion Panton Monastery are at a distance of 20 minutes from the guesthouse. Ayia Marina beach and Garyfallos beach are at a distance of 5 minutes walk. There are also summer bus services right outside of the Mimoza to Kouzounos beach,Xilokeriza, Ayioi Anargyri and Ayia Paraskevi.
