Just a stone's throw from Piraeus port, you will feel the sea breeze (5 minutes by metro or car) in our fully renovated (2024) and equipped apartment. Spacious 62sqm (667sqf), on the 2nd floor, just 400m from Nikea Metro Station (2 stops from Piraeus, 6 from the center of Athens). Situated in a neighborhood with many nearby amenities and easy parking. Ideal for families, couples and friends who want to explore the capital but also travel to the Greek islands! Our goal is to offer our guests an unforgettable experience!

Luckily the apartment is located in a very central street and area! A lot of super markets and stores are in breathing distance (20 - 50 meters from the apartment). Plenty of food choices around, restaurants and fast food restaurants in walking distance. But, most importantly, the metro station is only 400m.
