Welcome to our bright and fully equipped 5th-floor penthouse in the heart of Florina, perfect for relaxing stays all year round. Just 50 metres from the pedestrian street and a 2-minute walk from the Main Square, the apartment combines a central location with a peaceful atmosphere. The 90 m² apartment is accessible by elevator and comfortably accommodates up to 5 (+1) guests. It features two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a sofa bed for one guest, and an additional foldaway bed if needed. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment includes a full bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate WC. During the winter season, the fireplace is available upon request, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy uninterrupted views of Mount Agios Panteleimonas—an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a relaxing evening. Private parking is available in the building's courtyard, subject to availability, while free public parking can also be found nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. The Main Square, with its shops, cafés and restaurants, is only 150 metres away, while Florina's popular riverside cafés and bars are just 600 metres from the apartment.

Starting from Florina, we recommend visiting: • Nymfaio Visit the traditional preserved village of Nymfaio, located about 45 minutes (48 km) from Florina. You can choose either of the two available routes, both offering beautiful scenery. • Prespa Lakes (55 minutes from Florina) On your way, pass by the Vigla Ski Resort and be sure to stop and admire the breathtaking landscape—it is spectacular in every season. Shortly afterwards, make another stop at the village of Antartiko, where you can also purchase a variety of local products. Continue until you reach the wooden viewpoint kiosk on your right, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lakes and study a map of the surrounding area. We recommend stopping at Mikrolimni for coffee or a meal, or alternatively at Agios Germanos, another charming village known for its excellent restaurants and cafés. A visit to Agios Achilleios is a must. Cross the floating footbridge, which is 630 metres long and 3 metres wide, leading to the island. Local residents also sell traditional products that are well worth trying. Once on the island, take memorable photos at the Basilica of Agios Achilleios, a ruined 10th-century Christian church, and enjoy a coffee accompanied by delicious traditional pies at the local café. Continue to Psarades, the only Greek village on Great Prespa Lake, located about 60 km from Florina. In addition to excellent local cuisine, you can take a boat trip to the famous Hermitages of Panagia, a truly unique experience. The boat tour takes place within the Greek section of the lake (approximately 60% of the lake belongs to Greece), while the remaining part is shared with Albania and North Macedonia. • Kastoria Visit Kastoria, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Florina via Vigla via Amyntaio via Vitsi (our recommended route) Enjoy a walk along the beautiful lakeside of Kastoria and visit the DispilioNeolithic Lakeside Settlement, a fascinating glimpse into prehistoric life.
