What you can expect? The property is only 7 min walking from the beach and has two apartments. Each of the two apartments is about 70sqm big. The property also offers a spacey garden with sitting area and a bbq. In front of the property there is plenty of space for parking

We are Sofia and Vassili. We are half Greek, half German, hence the one half is paying the debt of the other one ;) Although born and raised in Germany thanks to our parents (special thanks to our father :D) from a young age we visited Papou every summer in Greece. Papou, Chrysoupoli, the beautiful beach in Keramoti, the day trips to Thassos, archealogical sites, the greek food and many more things made us fall in love with Ellada - our second home! What we like about hosting? In our opinion a good and memorable (summer) holiday consists of two central parts: the apartment and the rest like good food, nice spots, funny activities ;) our part as hosts is to offer you a nice and clean apartment where you feel as comfortable as home and for the rest we are more than happy to assist with recommendations from our own experience

The apartsments are located in Keramoti, the xorio (town) where the ferry boats to Thassos leave. Keramoti is a small town in East Macedonia in North Greece especially known for its beaches, fresh fish due to the fishing boats/ industry and nice beach bars. Chrysoupoli is the next biggest town which offers a greater shopping variety regarding super markets, taverns and restaurants etc. Keramoti is close to Kavala, the city (30 min) and its airport (13 min), Xanthi (~40 min), the famous Nestos delta, the archaeological site of Philippi, and of course the island of Thassos. All of them are definitely worth a visit ;) The neighbourhood is calm with a welcoming mix of locals who grew up in Keramoti as well as hotels and apartments. Due to the size of Keramoti you can reach everything you need without a car. The closest supermarket (~5 min), the Bougatsa (~5 min), the port where the ferry boats leave (~10 min), taverns and coffee bars (~10 min)
