200 meters from the sea, fully equipped, quiet, convenient, ground floor 46 sqm, in the best area of the city. Everything is within walking distance! You don't need a car. With a bus 70 meters away you can go everywhere! I am a professional photographer, I have my studio next door and you can find me anytime. In the parking area there is a garden with a well and kittens in the yard.
Having a high sense of the beautiful, I am ready to do everything so that leaving here you have the most beautiful & unforgettable images & experiences of my place!
100 meters from the beautiful beach of Plaka & Mavro Molos, 70 meters from the bus station, 50 meters from a large super market, 100 meters from the city center, 20 meters from a children's park. 7 Agamemnonos Street is a side street of a quiet neighborhood below the main road leading to Falasarna & Balos, with little car traffic, where mostly families live, with a few shops and a few small hotels further down towards the sea. At 200 meters and next to the sea, there is a complex of sports facilities with a tennis court, basketball court & outdoor fitness equipment, while at 40 meters there is a playground. Ideal as a starting point for all the other attractions of western Crete.
The bus station is a 2 minute walk away. You come by bus from the port of Souda or from the airport and change bus to Kissamos. At Kissamos terminal you will walk 70 meters to the apartment. It is not necessary to use a means of transport within the city. Everything is close! Comfortable private parking for 1 car on the ground floor and on the street.
