Use of Facilities

The property’s swimming pool, sauna and children's playground is only for the use of guests staying at the property. Use of these facilities is carried out entirely at the guests' own risk.

- Swimming Pool

The swimming pool constitutes a private swimming facility of small dimensions, with a uniform depth of 4.9 feet. No lifeguard is provided on site. Minors are allowed to use the pool only under the continuous, direct and uninterrupted supervision of a parent or legally responsible adult, who bears full responsibility for their safety. Any dangerous behavior, such as diving, running on wet or slippery surfaces or using glass objects in the pool area, is strictly prohibited.

- Children's Playground

The children's playground is intended exclusively for use by children and only under the constant supervision of a parent or responsible accompanying adult. The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in a manner that does not endanger the safety of children or third parties. The Company reserves the right to prohibit or interrupt the use of the playground in the event of non‑compliance with the safety rules.

- Sauna

The sauna is intended exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. Guests are responsible for ensuring, where appropriate after medical advice, that the use of the sauna is not contraindicated for health reasons. Use of the sauna by people under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, or by people in a state of illness or indisposition, is strictly prohibited. Guests must always comply with the applicable hygiene and safety rules when using the sauna.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
