A superior-standard seafront maisonette covering an area of 95 sqm plus with balconies and seating areas overlooking Sivota harbor and the Ionian Sea. In the upper floor, a stylish open plan living room with sea view offers a three-seater sofa that can be converted to a bed for 1 person, a 60-inch curved TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen with harbor view and a dining table, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine as well as a common shower. At the lower level, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a large common bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The outdoor area and balconies provide fulfilling and vivid views to the infinite sea and harbor as well as the evening sunset completes this continuously living canvas of life and nature.
