Eutopia Olive Garden, is located in a quiet and lush area surrounded by olive trees, in the beautiful village of Sivota of Epirus, in a small road 80m. away from the most central street of the village. Eutopia Olive Garden is consisted of 4 units, 2 Maisonettes and 2 Studios, all offered with a terrace and seating & dining area. All units have view and access to the complex's garden where free parking is availble for all guests.Spacious double room, mildly decorated, approximately 28 sq.m. Studio Garden View In an open space there is a double bed and an armchair that easily converts into a bed where a child can be accommodated in the room with the parents.The utterly spacious maisonette is warmly decorated and approximately 55 sq.m, with terrace and seating area and balcony. In the upper floor, through the internal staircase there is a bedroom with double bed and an armchair at a seperate space that easily converts into a bed where a child can be accommodated in the same room with the parents.
