Located in the heart of Neapolis, you'll enjoy the entire upper floor of this home, which is independent and has been completely renovated and is two blocks from the sea. Located on a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet except for the tolling of Agia Triada's church bells. Gardens are located behind houses here, so the garden of this house, added to neighboring gardens, gives the impression of being in a park. Here, one is in an oasis in the center of town.
I love living in Neapolis and sharing with guests the many things to enjoy in this area.
The house is a quick walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, cash machine and wine store. Two blocks from the house, along the seafront, tavernas, cafes, bars, and restaurants offer dining options. While in Neapolis, take the time to visit the cave at Kastania, the petrified forest, the underwater city of Pavlopetri, the islands of Elafonisos and Kythira, and the old city of Monemvasia.
