Το ΄΄νησί luxury apartments΄΄ είναι ένα σύγχρονο κτιριακά οικοδόμημα τριών επιπέδων μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Ερμούπολης το οποίο απέχει 100 μόλις μέτρα από το λιμάνι, ενώ η ιστορική πλατεία Μιαούλη με το επιβλητικό Δημαρχείο είναι σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων. Στα διαμερίσματα εφαρμόσθηκε η αιγαιοπελαγίτικη αρχιτεκτονική με δάπεδα από μάρμαρο Νάξου, ξύλινες οροφές και μπάνια πατητής τσιμεντοκονίας.Τα επίπεδα συνδέονται με ξύλινη σκάλα χρώματος καστανιάς.
