Introducing this exquisite beautiful house, newly constructed in 2019, boasting a 90m2 area with expansive balconies and terrace spaces, providing ample room for relaxation. With its capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests, it offers a comfortable stay. The villa is part of a small complex comprising 3 other houses, all sharing a pool. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled in the quiet countryside of eastern Paros, the house affords beautiful sea views overlooking Naxos. It is conveniently situated just an 8-minute drive away from Naoussa, nearby superpmarkets and delicious takeaway and dine-in restaurants, and the pretty beaches of Molos and Skalakia, while the port capital town of Parikia is a 20-minute drive away. The villa has been equipped with a state-of-the-art, hotel-grade Starlink satellite internet installation. This ensures reliability and speeds of up to 300mbps, providing seamless connectivity in all rooms and outdoor areas, making the house stand out in terms of its connectivity. Please note that in March 2024 construction in a neighbouring plot (in front of the pool) has affected the pool views - please see the relevant photos in the gallery.
