Located in the traditional village of Embrosneros in the Apokoronas region of Chania, this villa combines modern comfort with an authentic villa, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups. The ground floor features a bright living area with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a second kitchen with a wood oven and a washer-dryer, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom, plus a communal bathroom. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and balconies. A separate bedroom next to the pool offers additional privacy with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Outdoors, the villa has a private pool (heated on request), sun loungers, a barbecue corner with electric and charcoal grills, and a dining area. ***Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C, depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival.
