Beautiful, cozy 45 sq.m. apartment by the sea, fully renovated (March, 2025) in front of the "Blue Flag" award winner, beach and sea of Perea! Beautiful area and neighborhood with the bus station only 30 meters away. There is also a supermarket 60 meters away for your groceries. Nearby and on our wonderful sidewalk you will find lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and restaurants. There are shuttle boats and busses that you can use from Perea, to Thessaloniki and to the airport. The, fully 45 sq.m. renovated apartment (March, 2025) , is on the second floor and it comes with a free parking around the facility. The apartment has: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Bed linens, Towels, A/C, a Smart-TV, strong Wi-Fi, a dining area (inside & outside), a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with majestic sea views.

Beautiful area and neighborhood with the bus station, only 30 meters away. There is also a supermarket 60 meters away for your groceries. Nearby, and on our wonderful sidewalk you will find lots of beach bars, traditional taverns, restaurants, playgrounds and everything else you will need, to make your stay relaxing and joyful! +Free parking and a car rental service is available at the area, while walking can be enjoyed nearby with lots of activities! Also, there are shuttle boats and busses that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki and to the airport, multiple times per day.
