A property with studio apartments that guarantees comfort and a pleasant stay. Bright and fully equipped, these 25–30 sq.m studio apartments are perfect for couples or small families. Each unit comfortably sleeps up to three guests, offering a plush semi-double bed (120 x 200 cm) and a single folding sofa bed (80 x 190 cm). Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, microwave-grill, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. For ultimate comfort, the studios include air conditioning, panel heating, and an electric water heater. Fresh towels, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries are provided. Additional perks include a communal washing machine, and baby playpens/cots are available upon request. Please note that the building has no lift, and to help you truly unplug, televisions are intentionally not included in the studios.
