Charming as they are, Anemomylos Villas I & II located in the same complex, offer an authentic retreat perfect for those planning a family break or unique group gatherings in the rolling countryside. Comfortable & spacious Villas with private pools, ideally located within walking distance to shops, bus stop, restaurants & cafes. Each of them with separate facilities, private pools & BBQ, which can also be rented together, to secure privacy and comfort for your large group of friends and family. Each villa offers a maximum capacity of 9 guests, accommodating up to eight guests in real beds, while one additional guest can sleep on a folding bed that can also be placed in two of the bedrooms upon request. Guests have exclusive access to the villa’s first and second floors, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their stay. *At Anemomylos Villa II the landlord is also accommodated at a flat, with a separate entrance that reassures guests privacy & exclusivity, in order to provide best services to all guests and ensuring you will all receive a warm welcome. • Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • Pets allowed only upon request & Pet Agreement required • Events are not allowed • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Services are included • ThinkVilla Tailored Experiences, Curated only for You Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices.
