A traveler that wants to embed with the local culture, taste the regional food and communicate with the local citizens. A traveler that wants to keep on discovering. Evia is the ideal location in Greece for that, untouched from mass tourism and just an hour north east of Athens. Where you can feel the relationship with nature, the culture and the land. Niovi’s architectural inspiration was derived by the Tuscan style, and the elements of nature. Crumbling stone walls, sun washed hillsides and crystal blue waters will let your mind wander. Every apartment of Niovi has its own private balcony with an astonishing sea-view where you shall live moments of relaxation.
