Nobel Gaea is a fully equipped double bedroom farm house (wi-fi, a/c, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipper kitchen, solar heat sink, fireplace) with garden and barbeque 250m from the beach. The place is ideal for private and relaxing holidays, provides sheets and towels/ cleaning services once a week. I'm willing to help you το explore the area and give you info about excursions to Lefkas, Parga ,Ancient Nicopolis.I ll be there to assist you in everything you may need.
As I've been manager of Nobel (Averof 9 Preveza) for more than a year I ' m proud of the great 10 from my guests.I have a moto: There is a place like home! Nobel! And it's not only that Nobel Gaea is a beautiful farmhouse near the sea (only 250 m. ) is the feeling to walk at the land of Epirus, to dive into the rocks in the almost wild sea of Ionio ,to swim at the the beautifull beach of Monolithi ,only 2,5 klm away form Gaea, to watch and smell the land and the Ionion sea. So if you want to escape from technology and live in the nature: There is a place like home !Nobel Gaea!
Walking or cycling (Nobel Gaea provides free bicycles ) on a picturesque seaside and after 2 km dirt road without cars, you will reach the village of Mytikas and the huge and unique ''Monolithi'' beach. Until there you will enjoy swimming,diving, snorkeling, fishing or canoeing into the rocky or sandy small beaches ! Nobel Gaea is 15km from aktio - pvk airport anh 5 km from city of Preveza.
