The Ocean Villa Paros (approx. 255 sq. m.), located on the west coast of Paros Island, at Agia Irini bay, stands at the edge of a seaside cliff above the ocean, offering unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea, breathtaking sunsets, and graceful architecture. Built on two levels, the villa features two independent two-bedrooms residences (one on the ground and a unique cave residence “yposkafo”) and an independent stone suite. The property can accommodate up to 11 guests, in five bedrooms with four bathrooms, in total. Customers can choose to book either one or two or all the three of the above residences according to their needs. Each of the residences is an ideal combination of innovation with tradition, reflecting the minimalist simplicity of Cycladic architecture, in perfect harmony with the island’s landscape. Simple lines in furniture with touches of color delight the eye and create an overall elegant atmosphere. Built on the seashore, 25 m. above water level, offers its guests the chance to admire the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and the worldwide famous Greek sunsets. The villas’ complex is ideally situated between the main port/town of Parikia (5km) and the local airport (7km) and 700m away from the picturesque sandy Agia Irini beach. Of course, there are plenty of other beaches and activities around the island that require means of transportation to explore it better. In case you don’t travel by your own car, it is recommended to rent one that could be delivered either at the airport/port or at Ocean Villa. In a short distance driving from the villa (less than 10 min), you can reach the world-renowned kite beach of Pounda on Paros (regular stop for the annual kitesurfing world tour). Offering perfect wind conditions and stunning shallow waters, Pounda Beach is the ultimate spot for learning and enjoying kitesurfing! The neighboring Antiparos Island can be easily reached from Pounda port by a ferry boat. Ferries to cross the sea between Paros (Pounda port) - Antiparos and the way back are running daily, every 30 minutes in a fixed schedule. The ferry boat trip duration is about 7 minutes.
