The ground floor of Oikia Tripodon 19 was built in 1890 following the architecture structure of the period. Today the building is concidered preservable by the local urban authorities as a typical example of the architecture of the previous century.

Oikia Tripodon is located at the oldest street in Athens and Europe. Tripodon Street is in the historic center of the city in Plaka and is listed in the Guinness Book of Greek Records as the longest street in the city, still in use and inhabited, which has kept the same name for almost 25 centuries. It was once considered the path of theater and spirit.
