A stone-built villa with character in a small traditional mountain community located in the center of Messinia off the usual tourist routes awaits you to experience moments of relaxation. Our place is right in the middle of the mountain road that connects Kalamata with Kyparissia. From there you have easy and quick access through scenic routes to the main points of interest in Messinia, such as Ancient Messina, the palaces of Nestor and the castle cities of Methoni and Koroni, Pylos, Kyparissia and the city of Kalamata. INTERIOR: The space consists of 2 levels that communicate with each other with an internal stone staircase. On the lower level you will find a single space that includes a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a large terrace with direct access to the garden. On the upper level are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom as well as 2 huge verandas with pergola and unlimited views. ABROAD: The living room is walled with a brick wall, and the surrounding area (where you can park your car) is partially paved with local traditional stone, includes a covered barbecue area to which you have free access. In most of the surrounding area is the garden consisting of lawn, many plants and fruit trees.

Sofia and Fotis live in a separate building in the surrounding area, so communication is easy and if you visit them in the right season you will have the opportunity to taste local organic products grown by them with love and passion.
