The villa’s bright interiors span 220m² across three levels, where five beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with en-suite bathrooms—combine timeless comfort with understated elegance. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the villa opens onto 1200m² of private gardens, where birdsong fills the air and butterflies drift across blooming flowers. At the heart of the estate lies a 42m² private pool with a special children’s section, complemented by a four-seater whirlpool (non-heated) for serene relaxation. The expansive terraces are complete with an outdoor dining pavilion featuring a charcoal BBQ, traditional wood oven, and fully equipped summer kitchen. A lawn-covered playground, ping pong and billiard tables, plus a volleyball and basketball court ensure endless fun for all ages. Olivia Villa celebrates the art of gathering—inviting families and friends to reconnect under the Cretan sun and star-filled skies. Five exquisitely appointed bedrooms are carefully arranged to ensure privacy and tranquility. The crown of the villa is the first-floor master suite, where a king-size bed, private balcony, in-room whirlpool, and a two-seater sauna set the stage for indulgent retreat. Each bedroom boasts a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, ensuring comfort and style in equal measure. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests in beautifully crafted beds—with six additional guests welcomed on plush double sofa beds.
