Ο συνδυασμός της πανοραμικής θέας, της προσεγμένης αρχιτεκτονικής και της ηρεμίας της τοποθεσίας δημιουργεί το ιδανικό περιβάλλον για όσους επιθυμούν να απολαύσουν στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Παράλληλα, αποτελεί εξαιρετική επιλογή και για εξ αποστάσεως εργασία, προσφέροντας άνεση, ησυχία και έμπνευση.
Φιλική και με άμεση ανταπόκριση οικοδέσποινα, που αγαπά να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στους επισκέπτες της. Το κοντινότερο super market βρίσκεται σε απόσταση τεσσάρων λεπτών ( με μέσον). Τα σπίτια της γειτονιάς έχουνε απόσταση το ένα από το άλλο με άποτελεσμα να μην ενοχλείται κανεις. Συνίσταται οποιοδήποτε μεταφορικό μέσο, το οποίο προφυλάσσεται στον ιδιωτικό χώρο του πάρκινγκ του σπιτιού.
