One Manto Square is a classical mansion house set over 2 floors. The iconic building overlooks the Old Harbour and with its double balcony, balustrades and shuttered windows. With verandas on all sides, the property has fabulous town and Aegean views to the nearby islands Tinos and Renia, and is a wonderful place to watch the famous Mykonos sunsets. One Manto Square is divided into two levels, connected with an outdoor staircase available to rent separately or as a whole residence. Built in the 19th Century has been painstakingly restored over the last 3 years, whilst sympathetic to the original aesthetic, One Manto Square now boats double glazed windows and internal and external shutters along with new sound proofed roof and floors (essential in the centre of Mykonos Town in the high season), underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen, air conditioned throughout and central heating. Situated on Manto Square on the old harbour in Mykonos town, we are a few minutes walk from everything Mykonos Town has to offer. Please note: cleaning every 3 days is included. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge.

From the large veranda overlooking Manto Square you enter the upper apartment, you are in a large living/ dining room, perfect foe entertaining. There is a large kitchen / cozy TV room at the sunny back of the apartment with a small veranda off it. The en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and accessed by a few stairs being slightly lower that the rest of the apartment. There is a second bathroom with a steam room/shower. A kitchen has an aga style kitchen range and is fully equipped. The lower level (approximately 45 sq.m.) The self-contained lower lever mezzanine apartment is entered from a small covered veranda at first floor. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that convert to a bed area for occasional guests. The large bedroom suite has a super king bed and a seating area that can be divided by folding wooden doors to create 2 separate bedrooms (semiprivate). There is also a full bathroom available.
