This family villa with the magnificent seaview of Elia beach and the Aegean blue, is beautifully perched on the hill of Elia. It can accommodates 8-10 guests. It occupies 160sm and parking , As you enter to the property you find yourself in the living room which coexists with the kitchen. At the same floor their is a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a bathroom. This floor has a veranda with breath-taking views, a jacuzzi and a big marble table. The fist floor features two bedrooms with separate entrance from two different stairs, one of which is a master bedroom. This floor has balconies with a great view too. From the kitchen you enter to the ground floor where you find a master bedroom with a jacuzzi and a beautiful veranda with an infinity pool and magnificent view to Elia beach. The pool is building's private property and is shared with two more small rooms of the building.

We will meet you during check-in and check-out. We will be always available in case you need us. Of course, our tips and local expertise will be handy at any time.

Kalafatis beach, Agia Anna, Kalo Livadi, Elia are only some of the outstanding beaches that surround the house. All of them ideal for families and ample relaxation. Paradise, Super Paradise, Psarou and Ornos Beach are only a few kilometres away, famous for the unlimited party events that take place daily in the notorious local beach bars and restaurants. Taxis are scarce and buses are not as frequent and convenient as they promise. A car would be necessary. Transfers with mini bus are a great option for guest who don't want to drive. Let us know about your transfers from and to the airport or the port. We might prove extremely helpful.
