Blissfully set on the south coastline, nestled in the picturesque Plakias resort, just some steps away from the beach, beach bars & restaurants, Paligremnos Residences - a brand new complex with three Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools - will be the perfect haven for an indulgent recline by the beach. Each captivating home is embellished with a 20m2 private swimming pool (1,45 meters deep) and an outdoor shower. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ) under sunset skies. Each Villa features two wonderful bedrooms, one on the first floor with its own bathroom & the second one on the ground floor, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Each Villa can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds & two more guests can also be accommodated (one on the sofa/couch of the living room and one on a folding bed which can be provided upon request on the first floor bedroom), thus the maximum capacity is six guests. • Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Supervision of children is your responsibility • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are not allowed • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Services are included • ThinkVilla Tailored Experiences, Curated only for You Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. Paligremnos Residences take prime position in one of Rethymno’s most charming villages, Plakias with azure waters and rugged coastline create an enchanting destination for holidays beside the sea. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.
