Beautiful holiday houses in Karpathos, Greece. Located right above the Agrilaopotamos beach (60m distance to the sea, marvelous sea view) and across the “Naish GreatDayz Karpathos” sea sports station, the property consists of a 70m2 ground floor holiday home (one bedroom, large and bright living room with an elevated wooden double bed, separated from the rest of the living room by a curtain, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom). The ground floor also offers vast outdoor spaces: garden, yard with a pergola, large table and comfortable chairs, a separate lounge with a BBQ grill, and a sunbathing/yoga space. On the first floor of the property there is a 28m2 studio (1 double & 1 single bed) with a separate bathroom. The studio also has access to a 42m2 private terrace with pergola, sunbathing space and a view of the entire gulf. Parking space available. Distance to the beach: 60m. Distance to the Airport: 4km. ** The cool summer Aegean wind (meltemi) makes air conditioners largely unnecessary.
Agrilaopotamos beach is a renowned windsurfing location. The southern part of the island offers numerus beaches, both known and undiscovered.
