Located in the beautiful village of Agios Ioannis, Pelion the house(coordinates 39,415684,23,161998) is set in it’s own garden with views overlooking the Aegean Sea, just 160 steps from the local beach, with two other beaches within walking distance, Plaka and Pappa Nero. The house made from the local stone and in the Pelion style, has three levels. There are two double bedrooms on the top floor, one triple bedroom on the main floor, and one triple bedroom on the the lower level, two balconies, four bathrooms, living room, dining room, air conditioning and free WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, an espresso machine, a stove, a fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. We include linens, towels, toiletries, beach towels and Umbrellas. We recommend that children should be six and over, as there are many steps all over the property.
My father built the house so all the family could gather in one place. This is what we wish our our guests to do. We as hosts want our guests to embrace the ambiance, culture, and beauty of life in a Greek Village.
The village amenities are four supermarkets, two bakeries, many wonderful tavernas and restaurants, pizza places, bars, and coffee shops, all overlooking the Aegean Sea. There is hiking, swimming, beach walks, etc There are many interesting villages to visit.
