Paraiso Azul villas is a unique villa complex characterized by the luxury it offers as well as the serenity of the magnificent view. It is located in the narrowest point of South Evia and specifically in Agios Dimitrios. It is built in an imposing location overlooking the heavenly blue. Paraiso Azul villas is the ideal destination for your summer vacation as it combines the tranquility of the wonderful view that takes your breath away as well as the luxury offered by the complex. It is the reference point that one can relax enjoying the privacy of the place but also to discover the beauty of the area. In particular, the beach of Agios Dimitrios is 1.5 km away and the nearest village is Almyropotamos with the homonymous beach which is 3.7 km away. It is also 100m away from the nearest beach Blue Lake. The picturesque village of Zarakes is 11 km away and the beach of Zarakon (Phryniakos) is 16 km. The port of Styra is 14 km away while the enchanting Karystos is 65 km away. The cosmopolitan and busy Karavos is still 17 km away. The complex is 1.5 hours away from Athens.

Το ολοκαίνουριο συγκροτήμα μας αποτελείται από 4 πολυτελή διαμερίσματα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια με μεγάλες ντουλάπες κουζίνα σαλόνι μπάνιο και μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα την θάλασσα. Επίσης διαθέτει πισίνα μπαρ και αίθουσα πρωινού. Ακόμα σε 2 από τις 4 διαμέρισματα παρέχεται και τζακουζι. Στο κάθε διαμέρισμα υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παροχής υπηρεσίας ναργιλέ με έξτρα χρέωση. Το συγκρότημα μας απέχει 100 μ με τα πόδια από την θάλασσα. Σε αυτό το σημείο θα βρείτε τι beach bar Γαλάζια λίμνη που διαθέτει και εστιατόριο Στα 3 χμλ είναι το χωριό Αλμυροπόταμος με μαγαζιά εστιατόρια ταβέρνες καφετέριες και μίνι μάρκετ.
