Property info

Far from the main road, the property is built among olive and fruit trees with a large garden. Ideal for families and groups that need a lot of space, quiet, and an easily accessible base to explore Corfu. Provided for free: parking area, wi-fi, satellite TV, aircondition & heating. It is located in the middle of the island in a quiet area (Kontokali area). The nearest beach is 700m away, shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, hair dresser, etc.) are 800m away and the nearest restaurant is 1km away. The distance to Corfu town is 5km, the airport 6km and the nearest bus stop 400 meters. A car is strongly recommended and you can park your boat/yacht at the nearby Gouvia marina. There are three apartments in three floors: - The ground has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. - The first floor has 4 bedrooms for 8 people. - The second floor (includes an attic) has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, for a total of 7 beds (3 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed). All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and a spacious dining/sitting room. There are verandas with great views all around the 1st and 2nd floor apartment

Neighborhood info

There are beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. There are also children's playgrounds, playcenters and a marina in the area. The surrounding countryside is excellent for exploring on foot, by bike/bicycle or car.
