Dear guests, our property, fully furnished and equipped, is ready for the very first time this summer of 2022, to host you. At your disposal, are 3 large rooms with double size beds, large space cabinets at each room for your luggage, 1 large bathroom with shower, and 1 extra wc, full view of the sea and the city balconies in front and backyard. The property offer holidays next to the beach, all by feet. You can find around the area plenty of bakeries cafes restaurants market and sidewalk. Pearl house Skg is great choice for families and friends too. Our vision is to make you feel like home and discover the beautiful area of Thessaloniki suburbs. The property is located in a perfect area, next to the airport. The summer season, you can find daily boats for short trips to the city of Thessaloniki, starting from Skala Neon Epivaton.
The property is placed in an friendly neighborhood, with lots of markets, bakeries, patisseries, tavern, cafeterias, restaurants and beach bars. There are sidewalks along the sea, where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. There are organized building blocks for kids activities close the neighborhood.
