Spend your days at our peaceful cottage on the hillside. Pefkias Tiny Cottage is a lovingly restored traditional farmer's cottage surrounded by thriving greenery and nature. From here you can see the hills roll down to the Aegean Sea and hear the twinkle of bells from the goats grazing below. Pefkias Tiny Cottage is a two-floor home designed for simple, comfortable living. On the ground floor, you’ll find a small kitchen with cooking essentials, including an air fryer, an espresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a cozy seating area with a TV for relaxation. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a traditional fireplace. This floor also includes a full bathroom and a laundry area. Outside the home, there is a large patio with a dining table and seating area; perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. A stone barbecue is also available for use during the cooler months. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property, including the surrounding garden. In one corner, you’ll even find a small fenced area with friendly goats, adding the perfect touch of rural charm to your stay. IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE: Guests have access to the whole property except the goat barn. Inside the property, there is a small fenced area where our goats live. Each day, the owner’s father, Mr. Giorgos, takes care of them and leads them out of the property for grazing. He may pass through the garden and access the goat shed as part of his routine. We always respect our guests’ throughout their stay. In addition, guests must climb a steep staircase to access the first floor of the house. The ground floor, with the kitchen and living room is 1,8 to 2 meters tall Having a vehicle is strongly advised, since our house is located 4km away from Skopelos village.
