Pelagia’s Loft Villas is a newly built complex of two independent luxury villas, Villa Haroupi & Rodi, located in Kavros near Georgioupolis, just 400 meters from Kavros Beach. Built in 2024, the complex combines modern comfort, privacy, and stylish loft-inspired design, making it ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing holiday close to the sea.
The estate spans 280 sqm and accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests using sofa beds in the living rooms. Each villa offers complete independence with private entrances, outdoor spaces, and its own heated swimming pool.
Both villas unfold over two levels and feature bright open-plan living spaces with comfortable seating, Smart HDTVs, air conditioning, and dining areas. Fully equipped kitchens include ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, coffee and espresso machines, kettles, toasters, and all essential kitchen amenities.
The complex offers a total of six first-floor bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and TVs. Selected bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and bathtubs within the room, while communal balconies provide relaxing outdoor spaces.
Outdoors, each villa features a private heated swimming pool measuring 7m x 4m, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Guests can also enjoy outdoor seating and dining areas, built-in BBQ facilities with outdoor showers and private parking spaces.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machines, dryers, heating, baby cots, high chairs, bathrobes, pool towels and cleaning service with linen changes every three to four days. Breakfast can also be arranged upon request at the neighboring Taverna Pelagia’s Yard.
Conveniently located near supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants, and only 49 km from Chania International Airport, Pelagia’s Loft Villas offer the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and authentic Cretan hospitality.
