A new, sunny house based at the seaside settlement of Kala Nera, one of the most popular destinations of Pelion, ideal for vacation. The house combines modern and traditional elements in its design and is placed in a quiet, beautiful new neighborhood with an open view. The house is just 3-4 minutes from the beach on foot and only 18 km away from the city of Volos. It is an ideal starting point for exploring traditional settlements of Pelion as well as other beautiful beaches of the area. The house includes two semi-detached maisonettes. In every maisonette, on the ground floor there is the living room, the fireplace, the kitchen and a WC, on the 1st floor there is the 1st bedroom and the bathroom, and in the upper floor the 2nd bedroom. You can also enjoy the beautiful courtyard with a view, as well as the sunny balcony. Each house offers a 43" flat Smart TV, free WiFi in all spaces, free Netflix account, an energy fireplace, air conditioning in the two bedrooms, high quality anatomic mattresses, black out curtains, a garden with a view, a terrace and free parking.
