The main living spaces are located on the first floor and offer a warm, comfortable atmosphere for shared moments. The lounge features ample seating, air conditioning, a 49” Smart HDTV, a stereo system with Bluetooth, board games, and a PlayStation 4, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Please note that the house and garden are completely private and exclusively for your use during your stay. While the owner lives in the house below, they have no access to your property, ensuring your total privacy and peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, water filter, and an espresso capsule machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is perfectly suited for family meals and long evenings together after a day by the sea. Villa Penelope Home sleeps up to 10 guests across five well-planned bedrooms, ideal for families travelling together. There are two family rooms with double beds, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Each connects internally to bedrooms with single beds, allowing parents and children to stay close while retaining comfort and flexibility. The first-floor king-size bedroom is ensuite and connects to a twin bedroom, while the second-floor king-size attic bedroom connects to another twin room, which includes an ensuite bathroom and access to a heated Jacuzzi hot tub on its private balcony. Additional twin bedrooms on the first floor complete the sleeping arrangements. The villa offers three bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, and thoughtful touches for a restful stay. Outdoor living is equally inviting, with furnished seating areas, an outdoor dining table, a built-in BBQ, and a traditional wood-fired oven for authentic Cretan cooking experiences.
